Anderson Lloyd advises on Skegg's Milford Sound acquisition

The acquisition includes Milford Sound Red Boats, the Milford Deep Underwater Observatory, the Blue Duck Cafe and a 49% shareholding in infrastructure organisation Milford Sound Development Authority (MSDA) which owns terminal, wharves and other assets.
The purchase also includes the transfer of ownership of Department of Conservation concessions.
