What I like about my work
I like dealing with a broad range of people and get a real sense of satisfaction when I help them realise their goals.
What I've done in the past
I previously worked at another Dunedin law firm, where I was a partner for 18 years. I joined Anderson Lloyd in 2001 as a Consultant and was later appointed a partner.
My approach to working with my clients
I like to be accessible to and considered approachable by my clients. It's important to deliver prompt and well considered advice and be proactive in anticipating my clients' needs.
What I enjoy at work
Anderson Lloyd provides a stimulating and collegial environment with a large pool of talented lawyers available to assist our clients. I like the fact that the firm considers it important to invest in the younger staff members' career development.
What I enjoy outside of work
I enjoy time with my friends and family and have a love of good food and wine. I like the outdoors and when I have time, gardening can be very satisfying and therapeutic. I also enjoy travelling and have a particular liking for the French and Italian cultures and scenery.
What I enjoy about living in the South Island
I have always lived in the South Island. We have great people here and a beautiful landscape to enjoy.
