What I like about my work
I really enjoy the people I work with – both clients and colleagues. I enjoy the quality and variety of work that I do.
What I’ve done in the past
I lived in Japan teaching English and studying Japanese for 14 months after I graduated. I started in the personal client department at Anderson Lloyd in August 2003 working mainly in the area of family law. I transferred to the commercial department at the beginning of 2005.
My approach to working with my clients
I find it really exciting to assist my clients in achieving their business and personal goals. Often my work involves transactions that have a significant impact on my client's lives and I consider it a privilege to be involved and to provide advice.
What I enjoy outside of work
I love to travel and try to do so as much as possible. I am in a book group and I enjoy a glass of good quality wine. I go to the gym and I am involved with my local church.
What I enjoy about living in the South Island
I enjoy Saturday morning breakfast at the Otago Farmers Market, Sunday afternoon drives on Otago Peninsula, weekends in Central Otago and bush walks in the Catlins. I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world!
